生物燃油催化剂性能评价筛选装置

高压气液固在线反应评价系统,可用于生物燃油加氢脱氧催化剂性能的快速评价和筛选。

关键技术参数:

l  三路气体,采用MFC质量流量计控制流量,气体流量计精度±1% F.S,准确度±1% F.S,耐压16 MPa,可在线动态配气、脉冲反应以及瞬态气体切换,带数字模块;

l  一路液体,高压输液泵流量控制流量,设定范围0.001~4.999 ml/min、最大压力42 MPa、流量准确度:±0.5%、流量精度:±0.2%;液体柱塞泵泵头带加热功能,可设定保温温度室温~1200℃,温度控温精度<±1 ℃;

l  液体柱塞泵泵头以及液体进口管道缠绕加热带进行保温;液体原料罐体积500 ml,外置加热套,温度范围:室温~300 ℃,温度控温精度<±1 ℃,液体出料口设置过滤头;

l  管式炉:开式保温反应炉,采用纤维烧结炉膛、电炉丝加热。耐温性能优越、加热稳定和温度均匀。内置耐高温恒温导热块,温度控制精确,程序控温线性度高,反应炉温度:室温~1200;恒温区120 mm;程序升温速率:0.5~90 /min

l  双热电偶进行温度控制和显示,测温显示热电偶从上往下插入催化剂上方;

l  配备耐高温高压反应管,外径~16 mm,内径~10 mm,采用不锈钢弧面硬密封的密封方式,配催化剂支撑内衬,催化剂装填量~12 ml

l  混合器内置导流板,在气体流动过程通过气体反复的膨胀和收缩来实现气体的均匀混合,实现在线配气;

l  反应炉出口配备取样针型阀,连接至色谱仪的管道全程保温,微调该取样针型阀实现少量产物全保温状态下进色谱仪分析,大量产物进入下端的气液分离器(冷凝器和收集器)中进行冷凝和气液分离;冷凝器和收集器为双层结构,内部有冷凝盘管,外层通入冷凝液进行降温,以对反应产物进行气液分离;冷凝器外体积~200 ml,收集器外体积~250 ml,内体积~100 ml,外接循环制冷泵,温度-10 oC~RT

l  每段炉均采用程序升温控温表,配备串级功能及双输入模式,取通道中测量值低或者高的主控测量值;

l  配电脑程序软件,能控制反应炉温度和气体流量,显示反应温度,并实时记录温度和流量曲线;并可以编辑加热器加热、流量设置等动作,能够实现一键运行;另外软件上具有温度过高、压力过高、氢气泄露情况下,整体设备断电的断路控制处理功能;配备完整的测试软件,测试程序可根据客户要求进行编程,并可完成测定结果的自动化生成,与此同时可对已测定结果进行数据后处理;

l  带有注射口,注射垫片可更换,方便定量;

l  采用铝型材框架、铝合金面板以及组合式方式,美观大气,客户可自行进行部分调整。

Key technical parameters:

l  The three gas channels are controlled by an MFC mass flow meter, with an accuracy and precision of ± 1% F.S, a pressure resistance of 16 MPa, and support for online dynamic gas distribution and other functions.

l  The liquid is controlled by a high-pressure infusion pump, with a flow range of 0.001~4.999 ml/min, a maximum pressure of 42 MPa, an accuracy of ± 0.5%, and an accuracy of ± 0.2%.

l  The pump head and pipeline are equipped with heating function, and can be set to room temperature~1200 . The liquid raw material tank is equipped with an external heating sleeve, with a temperature range of room temperature to 300 .

l  The tube furnace adopts a fiber sintering furnace, with precise temperature control and a programmed heating rate of 0.5~90 /min.

l  The dual thermocouple system precisely controls and displays the reaction temperature, ensuring the accuracy of the experiment.

l  Equipped with a high-temperature and high-pressure reaction tube with an outer diameter of 16mm and an inner diameter of 10mm, using stainless steel curved hard sealing, and a catalyst loading capacity of approximately 12ml.

l  The mixer is equipped with a built-in guide plate to achieve uniform gas mixing and online gas distribution. The outlet of the reaction furnace is equipped with a sampling needle valve, and the pipeline connected to the chromatograph is fully insulated. The product can be finely adjusted to enter the chromatograph or gas-liquid separator.

l  The separator has a double-layer structure, which includes a condensing coil. The outer layer is cooled by condensate, and an external refrigeration pump is connected. The temperature range is -10 to room temperature.

l  Each section of the furnace adopts a programmed temperature control meter, which supports cascade function and dual input mode to ensure stable and controllable experimental processes.

l  Equipped with computer software to control the temperature and gas flow of the reactor, record curves, and achieve one click operation. Equipped with safety power-off function, the testing software can be customized and programmed to automatically generate and process measurement results.

l  Equipped with an injection port, the injection gasket can be replaced for easy quantification;

l  Adopting aluminum profile frames, aluminum alloy panels, and combination methods, customers can adjust them themselves.


                                             

 

该装置包括控制系统、进料系统、反应系统、分离系统等。

工艺流程:

原料油从原料油罐中经液体过滤器过滤后由计量泵抽出,升压后和新氢进行混合。新氢经过稳压阀稳压后,由MFC(质量流量控制器)控制流量后和原料油混合。

油氢气混合物进入反应器的预热段,预热至反应温度后进入恒温段和催化剂接触进行反应,反应产物经冷凝器冷凝后,进入热高分进行气液分离。

气相产物经高压缓冲罐、再经过压力调节阀控制系统压力后排放,经碱洗、计量后排空;高压分离器液相产物经过液位控制阀控制液位后进入产品罐,产品罐放出的富气汇合至高分尾气,和高分尾气一起经过碱洗、计量后排空。

Process flow

After filtering, the raw oil is pressurized and mixed with new hydrogen for stabilization and metering.

Preheat the mixture of oil and hydrogen to the reaction temperature, react with the catalyst, condense, and then undergo gas-liquid separation through thermal separation.

The gas-phase products are discharged after buffering and pressure regulation, and then discharged after alkali washing and metering; The liquid phase product is controlled to enter the product tank at the liquid level, and the rich gas is collected and discharged through alkaline washing of the high concentration tail gas.

原料罐及产品罐配套电子秤,可进行物料衡算,电子秤精度为0.1 g

加热炉方式:可开启式电加热炉;

要求自动化控制,在组态软件中要实现气体流量、液体流量、程序温度的调节和记录,相关数据可回溯与导出。

配备控制电脑,系统I5以上,内存8G以上,23寸显示器。

控制硬件采用honeywellHC900DCS系统

Torrefaction is a technique for preliminary thermochemical treatment of biomass to improve its fuel properties.

This device is used to study the optimal operating conditions for processing livestock manure into environmentally friendly fuel. The experimental process is as follows: 1kg biomass particles are added to the reactor in batches, and the flow rate of the gas phase (nitrogen/steam) is 0.68-0.8m/s.
