HY-LX01连续生产卧式搅拌反应器属于平推流反应器（Plug Flow Reactor）简称PFR，是指通过反应器的物料沿同一方向以相同速度向前流动，像活塞一样的反应器中向前平推，故又称活塞流反应器。

     如下图所示，传统的釜式搅拌通过级联的方式来避免“反混”， 而平推流反应器可实现连续生产，且降低物料的“反混”。

      HY-LX01连续生产卧式搅拌反应器具有体积小，结构简单，加工方便，易于自动控制，节省劳动力，且生产效率高等优点。

顶部为气相出口，加热方式为夹套加热，夹套分为两区，每个加热区分别设置有加热介质进出口，右侧底部设置有固相出口，左侧设置有驱动搅拌器的电机。

一、 螺带式：

Ribbon Blender :

• 物料将在整个搅拌机内保持平整

• 所需的混合时间更短

•The material will remain flat throughout the mixer

•The spiral of the ribbon will push the material to move to both sides

•Because of the large surface area of the agitator, more torque is required

二、桨式：

Paddle Blender:

• 物料堆积在搅拌机的中心

• 桨叶将物料聚集到搅拌机的中心

• 由于搅拌器表面积较小，所需扭矩较小

• 需要较长的混合时间

•Material accumulates in the center of the mixer

•Paddles lift material to the center of the mixer

•Less torque required due to smaller stirrer surface area

•Requires longer mixing time

三、组合式：

Combination of inner ribbon & outer paddle

• 物料在整个搅拌机内将更加平整。

• 外部桨将物料聚集到搅拌机的中心；内部螺带将物料推动到混料机的两端。

• 由于搅拌器表面积较小，所需扭矩较小。

• 和仅使用桨叶相比，需要更短的混合时间。

• Product will be more leveled across the length of  the blender

• Outside paddles lift product to the center of the blender. Inside ribbon pulls product to both ends of the blender

• Less mechanical energy is transmitted to the product because of smaller agitator surface (gentle lifting action)

• Requires shorter mixing times than paddles only

Combining the best of both worlds, mixer developed the combination outer paddle and inner ribbon agitator for applications involving fragile and heat sensitive products such as cereals, leafy spice mixes, and to prevent sugars from caramelizing.

While maintaining counter-directional flow, the outer paddles minimize pinch points at the wall, thus introducing less frictional heat than continuous outer ribbon.

Double ribbon

The DRB is valued for its thorough mixing. It consists of an inner and an outer ribbon, providing counter-directional flow while keeping the product in constant motion throughout the vessel. Inside ribbons move materials toward the endplates of the blender, whereas the outside ribbons move material back toward the center discharge.
