LNG liquefaction process and related technologies: from double refrigerant mixture to acid gas treatment
Liquefied natural gas (LNG) is a clean and efficient energy source, and the liquefaction process and related technologies are the key links in the production process. 一、LNG液化工艺概述

LNG liquefaction is the process of cooling natural gas below its dew point to convert it from a gas to a liquid state. In this process, efficient refrigeration systems need to be used, and the double mixture refrigerant is one of the best.

Fourth, coke oven gas utilization and carbon emission control
As a hydrocarbon rich gas, coke oven gas can be used as one of the raw materials for LNG production. However, the problem of carbon emissions generated in the process of its utilization can not be ignored. Therefore, in the LNG liquefaction process, it is necessary to adopt effective carbon emission control technologies, such as optimizing the combustion process and improving the energy utilization efficiency, so as to achieve environmentally friendly production.

六、加压液化技术

八、深冷法与氦气回收

Cryogenic method and helium recovery

九、LNG运输船与双燃料动力船

9. LNG carriers and dual-fuel powered ships
LNG carrier is an important bridge connecting LNG production and consumption. With the continuous progress of technology, the dual-fuel power ship, as an environmentally friendly and efficient means of transport, has been more and more widely used in the field of LNG transport. Such ships can use both LNG and diesel as fuel, effectively reducing carbon emissions and operating costs.

10. The role of heat exchanger in LNG liquefaction process

The thermodynamic process of liquefaction process can be optimized and the energy utilization efficiency can be improved by rationally selecting and configuring heat exchangers.
十一、酸性气体处理
天然气中通常含有一定量的酸性气体(如硫化氢、二氧化碳等),这些气体不仅会对设备和管道造成腐蚀,还会影响LNG的产品质量。因此,在LNG液化工艺中,需要采用有效的酸性气体处理技术,如脱硫、脱碳等,以确保生产过程的安全和产品质量的稳定。
11. Acid gas treatment
Natural gas usually contains a certain amount of acidic gases (such as hydrogen sulfide, carbon dioxide, etc.), which will not only cause corrosion to equipment and pipelines, but also affect the quality of LNG products. Therefore, in the LNG liquefaction process, it is necessary to use effective acid gas treatment technology, such as desulfurization, decarbonization, etc., to ensure the safety of the production process and the stability of product quality.
